SHOP INFORMATION

• Average turn around time on repairs is 7-10 business days. Expect longer turn around times during the Spring , Fall months and Winter weather events. 

• All estimates need to be accepted or declined within 7 days of receipt ,or a storage & return delivery fee will be applied. 

• All equipment must be picked-up within 7 days from notification of completion.

• Equipment NOT picked-up within 30 days of notification will be subject to resale in order to cover the administrative, storage cost or scrapped.

• We do not dispose of junk equipment unless agreed upon to prior.

• No returns or refunds will be issued on new and used equipment.

• No returns or refunds on batteries or electrical parts.

• No returns on in stock parts without a receipt. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied.

• All special orders are to be paid for prior to pick-up. No returns.

• Minimum credit card charge is $10. We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard & Amex 

 

SHOP RATES

• Shop rate is $90 per hour + Parts  OIL FILTERS ,SPARK PLUGS, ETC.

  • Standard Rotary service is $90 + parts

  • Standard Riding Mower service is $220 + parts

  • Wide-Cut residential Mower service is $160 + parts

  • Commercial Zero-Turn or Walk Behind service is $230 + parts

  • Standard 2-Stroke service is $80+ parts

  • Standard Snow Blower or Generator service is $100 + parts

    • additional repairs or pick-up/delivery come at an extra cost

• Tractor/Zero-Turn accessory installation fee is $10-$100

• Pickup & Delivery service prices will vary by Distance & Difficulty - $75 - $120 plus.

• Minimum shop charge is $25

• A $35-$50  diagnostic fee is required to evaluate repairs. Diagnostic fees can run up to $100+ depending on how involved they are. This will be applied to the overall cost if approval is given to repair your machine.

• Lawnmower Blade X1 (on mower) $15-$25

• Chainsaw Chain (off saw) $10- $15

• Chainsaw Chain (on saw) $25-$35 includes Basic cleaning

• Gas or Elec Hedge Trimmer $60-$85

• Hand Pruner $10

• Axe $10
